Spearhead – Sustainable Coffee House & Roastery | Paso Robles, CA

Spearhead is a dynamic extension of Joebella Coffee Roasters, thoughtfully designed to embody sustainability, artistry, and community in the heart of downtown Paso Robles. This 2,150 square foot space highlights both environmental responsibility and modern coffee culture through the creative use of repurposed materials and open, welcoming architecture.

The space features a large, custom-designed service bar, topped by a recycled cedarwood hanging soffit that adds warmth, texture, and visual impact. A floor-to-ceiling viewing window into the Roasting Room offers guests a behind-the-scenes look into the coffee-making process, reinforcing transparency and craft.

Designed for connection and creativity, Spearhead also includes a spacious open seating area surrounded by rotating art exhibits from local Paso Robles artists, making the space both a coffee destination and a cultural hub.

This project reflects a commitment to eco-conscious architecture, community integration, and artisan-inspired design—bringing together form, function, and sustainability in one cohesive and welcoming environment.
