Complete Restaurant Remodel: Wine Lounge, Bar & Grille – Paso Robles, CA

This full-scale restaurant transformation blends modern elegance with warm, lounge-inspired elements—perfectly suited for the Paso Robles wine country lifestyle.

At the heart of the design is a centrally positioned U-shaped bar, crafted to serve as both a focal point and a functional gathering space. It features a 48-bottle Wine Brass Cru Vinét display and seating for 18 guests, providing an immersive wine tasting and dining experience.

Suspended above the bar is a custom-built, ceiling-mounted wine glass rack, equipped with both direct and indirect lighting to highlight the craftsmanship and ambiance while ensuring functionality and visibility for service.

The dining area is designed with a sense of intimacy and style. Walls are wrapped in clear maple wood paneling, arranged in a striking diamond pattern that adds both texture and sophistication. Strategically placed accent walls and a dark, moody ceiling complete the space, creating a secluded, upscale lounge atmosphere perfect for long evenings and elevated experiences.
